We at Vee Organics really want to make sure our customers are happy and stand by the quality of our products. If you have an issue with your products within 30 days of purchase, you are welcome to a full refund for any products purchased at either full price or a 20% discount or less. For any discounts 21% or over, we offer you a store credit within 30 days. The credit is in the form of a discount code and must be used all in the one transaction, it cannot be split into multiple transactions.
Our returns process is not free. Please email email@example.com so that we can organise a return label for you. The cost of this label for our US customers is $10. For customers outside of the US, we may ask that you please cover the cost of return shipping of your pieces back to our returns base in Australia. You may ship your package back to us through any postal carrier you choose and any fees for mailing the package will be due to the carrier you choose. We strongly suggest that you choose a shipping method with tracking.

While we hope this never happens, you are more than welcome to refuse the delivery of your order - however, please know the costs of shipping your order, the cost of shipping your order back to us, and any duties/taxes paid on your behalf will be deducted from your refund of that order.
